안녕하십니까? 일전에 유선 상으로 전화를 드린 (주)에이엠씨 대표 이승원입니다.
다름이 아니라 저희 회사에서는 러시아와 주차빌딩 설치관련 업무를 진행하고 있습니다. 일전에 통화한 내용대로 러시아 측과 얘기를 한 결과 긍정적인 답변을 받았으며, 그쪽으로부터 몇가지 질의서를 받았습니다. 그래서 전문적인 답변을 듣고자 노바파크에 문의를 합니다.

총 250대라고 가정했을 때의 총 에너지 소모량은?

2. 주차장비가 견딜 수 있는 온도는? (최소, 최대)
주차빌딩의 난방방식은 어떻게 하나? (ex. 전열기, 온풍기 등)
중앙난방시설을 설치해야 하나?

3. 주차빌딩 장비의 성능은 어느 정도 인가?
(수용가능 한 차량의 댓수, 장비의 내구연한 등)

4. 기계식 주차장과 비기계식 주차장의 경제성 비교?

5. 추가적으로 환기시설, 소방시설, 전기안전 시설은 어떻게 하는가?

6. 위생과 청결 처리는 어떻게 하는가?
(ex. 주차빌딩의 전체 청소, 위층에 주차된 차량에서 아래층에 주차된 차량에게 흙, 먼지 등이 떨어지지는 않는지 등)

1. Energy consumption per 1 car / a complete day (entrance/exit). Energy consumption for 250 cars.

2. What’s temperature regime for the equipment’s operation. What kind of heating is used in such car parking building. Is central heating required to be installed in car parking building.

3. What’s capacity of equipment ( quantity of cars / period of time ).

4. What is the economy of total square of construction site in comparison with non-mechanical car parking building ( in % ), when driver parks car by himself.

5. Are there any additional requirements regarding ventilation, fire safety, electrical safety.

6. What’s the method of sanitary cleaning inside car parking units. Is there car cleaning inside ( it means the prevention of a dirty car from clean one, bcs cars are parked one above another and inside building mud can fall on a clean car ).

7. Number and positions of employees serving car parking building.

8. What’s the equipment’s warranty period and method of repair.

9. Is such kind of equipment already installed somewhere in Russia ?

10. Would You inform approximate monthly service cost of 1 car parking place in Korea ? ( it means after consumer has bought car parking place at a construction company does he pays monthly for electricity etc ? Pls, list consumer’s monthly expenses for car parking ).

11. Pls, describe the whole process of car parking ( driver parks car on elevator and leaves it or what ? What’s going on further ? How driver get his car back ? )

12. In such car parking buildings is the reserve electrification foreseen ? Is it necessary to install additional electrification ?

13. Could You inform the prime cost per 1 finished car parking place.
